Black History Month Art Contest

Black History Month Art Contest In-Person

Showcase your talents and creativity by submitting a visual artwork that represents a Black historical figure or an event in Black American history. 

For ages 6-11.

Pavonia Branch Library wants to see your best Artwork! We will be awarding a $25.00 Visa gift card to 1 talented winner plus some cool library swag! 

Rules of Contest

1. One entry per person.

2. All content must be original work.

3. Make it colorful, be creative, and have fun!

4. All entries must be submitted by February 28. The winner will be notified on Thursday, March 6. 

5. Once completed give your artwork to one of the staff members at the Pavonia branch library with your name, grade level, age, and contact information on the back of your artwork.
