Journaling with Intention Workshop In-Person

Journaling with Intention is an interactive workshop designed to explore the healing power of writing as a tool for self-expression, self-care, and emotional regulation. Through guided discussions, creative exercises, and reflective writing prompts, participants will discover how journaling can help process emotions, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

The event will include an open discussion on self-care and its importance, helping attendees recognize journaling as a mindful practice that fosters clarity and inner peace.
