Gillian Sarjeant-Allen, the Secretary of the Jersey City Free Public Library Foundation and founder of Radical Solutions LLC, and Lewis Spears, Director of the Lee Hagan Africana Studies Center at New Jersey City University and fellow community advocate, will serve as moderators for the forum.

All candidates who qualified for the Democratic and Republican ballots for the LD-31 Assembly Primary Election have been invited to participate in this forum.
