Discover how these visionary creators, many fleeing hardship in their home countries, brought global perspectives that transformed modern art.

The talk will be followed by a conversation with Karina Aguilera Skvirsky, a Jersey City-based multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the African diaspora, Indigeneity, and colonial legacies through photography and performance.
