Join us for a day of learning, creativity, and sustainability!

12–1 PM – Opening Hour
Meet speakers from Symposia Community Bookstore, explore environmental resources from the New Jersey Room, and hear from Elizabeth Knight Moss.

1–2 PM – Recycling Workshop with Kourtney Brown
2–3 PM – Black Girls Sew Upcycling Activity
3–4 PM – Second Recycling Workshop with Kourtney Brown
4–4:30 PM – Audience Q&A

Mad Science - STEM Recycling Interactive Program: 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM

An Earth Day show will focus on recycling and protecting our planet. 

Recycling Activity with Gardens of Sol: 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM

Recycled Mandala Art
Description: Kids will use recycled materials like bottle caps, paper scraps, and cardboard, along with natural items such as leaves, pinecones, and stones, to design colorful mandala patterns. They’ll learn how to give everyday items a new life while making beautiful art to take home.
